Responsibilities:
Market Expansion & Revenue Growth:
Develop and implement a strategic business development plan to penetrate the US market and establish the company as a leader in the web3, corporate fintech, and B2B technology sectors.
Identify and acquire high-value clients, ensuring long-term partnerships and consistent revenue growth.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
Build and nurture relationships with senior executives and key decision-makers within target industries.
Effectively manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.

Cross-Selling & Up-Selling Opportunities:
Leverage existing company project portfolio and solutions to create cross-selling opportunities within the client base and broader network.
Collaborate with internal teams to customize offerings that meet client-specific needs.

Networking & Partnership Development:
Utilize personal and professional networks to generate leads, enhance brand visibility, and form strategic partnerships in the US market.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and forums to increase market presence and build trust within target sectors.

Strategic Planning & Execution:
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and refine go-to-market strategies.
Collaborate with leadership to align business development efforts with the company’s strategic objectives and vision.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success in client acquisition, revenue generation, and market share growth.
Provide regular updates and insights to the management team on progress, challenges, and potential adjustments to the strategy.

Thought Leadership & Market Expertise:
Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements to ensure the company remains ahead of the competition.
