Requirements:
Previous experience at least 0.5 – 1 years in an HR role, a related position and completion of IT HR courses.
Proficiency in Google Docs and HR tools
HR Knowledge: Understanding of key HR processes, including onboarding, adaptation, offboarding, PRP, documentation, and employee support, retention activities and ability to manage and support internal cross-functional processes within the company
English Level: Intermediate
Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
1. HR Process Management
Handle the full HR cycle, including onboarding, adaptation, 1:1 meetings employee support, offboarding, and performance review processes
Work with HR-related documents, ensuring proper preparation, updates, and storage
Collaborate with teams and resolve operational HR issues
2. Internal Activities
Organize team events, celebrations, and internal initiatives
Plan and execute an internal event calendar
Contribute to corporate culture development projects
Prepare, coordinate, and facilitate online team-building activities
3. HR Brand Activities
Lead internal HR brand initiatives aimed at strengthening employee engagement and company culture.
Prepare materials and coordinate HR-related activities for internal events such as town halls, team gatherings, and company-wide meetings
Develop and run internal engagement campaigns, cultural initiatives, and employee-focused activities
Collaborate with PR, Marketing, and other teams to support internal communication and employer branding projects
