We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Delivery Manager (FinTech experience) to join our team and contribute to the success of our project.
About the project
We are developing a core module for a government-supported social assistance platform, designed to deliver financial aid to vulnerable communities. This module focuses on virtual card management and will enable features such as peer-to-peer transfers and seamless in-app payments.
Requirements:
Proven experience in FinTech, including regulatory compliance and technical complexities
Solid grasp of SDLC and software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
Experience managing project budgets, including cost estimation and financial tracking
Ability to define project scope, handle scope changes, and ensure alignment with client expectations
Strong risk management skills with proactive mitigation strategies
Excellent stakeholder communication and coordination skills
Ability to maintain full transparency and engagement throughout the project lifecycle
Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English (verbal and written)
Responsibilities:
Strategic Oversight of Key Accounts
Act as the primary contact for key clients, ensuring alignment on goals, priorities, and deliverables.
Oversee the delivery of projects for key accounts, ensuring they meet client expectations and company standards.
Project Management
Oversee the entire project life cycle, from requirements gathering to delivery, for key accounts.
Ensure strict adherence to project constraints (budget, scope, timeline) and maintain high-quality standards.
Produce and maintain essential project documentation, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Stakeholder Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, fostering trust and long-term collaboration.
Proactively address client concerns and manage escalations to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Team Leadership
Mentor and guide project teams, ensuring high performance and alignment with client needs.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery across multiple initiatives.
Risk and Quality Management
Identify and mitigate risks that could impact key accounts or project success.
Drive quality assurance practices to consistently deliver value to clients.
Financial and Process Optimization
Monitor project budgets and profitability for key accounts, ensuring adherence to financial goals.
Streamline delivery processes to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
Reporting and Metrics
Define and track key performance indicators for account success.
Provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders on progress, risks, and outcomes.
