Senior Product Manager

Vacancy Description

We’re building an advanced AI-driven infrastructure product within the client’s company ecosystem. The platform aims to provide decentralized machine learning and AI services for Web3 use cases, combining cutting-edge AI capabilities with blockchain technology.
Our client is a rapidly growing player in the crypto-AI space.
This role is ideal for a candidate with a strong entrepreneurial mindset, proven experience in building products from scratch, and the ability to operate in a highly dynamic and ambiguous environment

Requirements:
5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably with at least one product built from 0 to launch.
Strong knowledge of Web3, DeFi, or crypto ecosystems.
Proven ability to work in uncertain and fast-changing environments.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical thinking and familiarity with product discovery/validation frameworks.
Comfortable interacting with technical teams and reading technical documentation.
Experience with GTM (go-to-market) strategies and early-stage user feedback cycles.
Fluent in English (Upper-Intermediate or higher)

Responsibilities:
Translate high-level business needs and product vision into a structured product roadmap, requirements, and deliverables.
Own the product development lifecycle end-to-end: from discovery and ideation to launch (testnet/mainnet) and post-launch optimization.
Collaborate closely with technical leads, business analysts, and design teams to define, validate, and deliver features.
Engage with stakeholders to align on priorities and manage expectations effectively.
Act as a market-facing advocate: understand the competitive landscape, identify trends, and adjust strategy accordingly.
Lead documentation, requirement definition, user story writing, and coordination of team tasks.
Maintain close communication with Web3 communities, validators, and users.
Monitor product performance metrics, suggest improvements, and ensure progress toward strategic KPIs
