We are looking for a talented and experienced Business Analyst to join our team and help drive the success of one of our projects. This is a large-scale account, and you’ll be responsible for one of its key blockchain components – a highly secure system for enterprise-level custodial and non-custodial wallets. The project involves working closely with internal and external stakeholders to define requirements and shape the product roadmap.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Manager or Scrum Product Owner.
Experience or strong understanding of developing mobile (iOS/Android) crypto wallet applications on the EVM-compatible blockchains, including both custodial and non-custodial solutions.
Experience in integrating with 3rd party services (e.g., on/off-ramps, payment providers, custodians, etc.)
Experience in managing customer expectations, facilitating and guiding workshops with stakeholders.
Comfortable turning complex ideas into engaging presentations, proposals and requirements.
Knowledge & Expertise:
Extensive knowledge and hands-on expertise in Web3 technologies, with a focus on stablecoins, wallets, custodial solutions, and custom EVM-blockchains.
Solid understanding of the SDLC and development methodologies.
Understanding of compliance and security policies (e.g., account abstraction, cold-hot wallets, multisig, ledger, etc.)
Understanding of AML and KYB/KYC solutions.
Documentation Skills:
Proficiency in creating clear and concise requirements documentation, including BPMN/UML diagrams, wireframes, mind maps, infographics, etc.
Ability to structure and orchestrate information architecture effectively within the project.
Responsibilities:
Elicitation and Analysis:
Participate in the active development and scaling of the existing product(s)
Identify and articulate the business needs, elicit functional and non-functional requirements from stakeholders
Define and manage the product backlog, prioritize it based on the business value and technical feasibility
Lead online workshops to validate assumptions and refine the product vision
Collaborate with the Project Manager and the development team to ensure continuous support and alignment of functionality through to production.
Documentation Management:
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Collect, define, and translate business/product objectives into clear technical requirements within the product knowledge base, and user stories within the product backlog.
Solution Design and Specification:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design technical solutions that are feasible, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.
Develop detailed technical specifications to guide the development process and ensure alignment with project goals.
Stakeholder Management:
Serve as the primary liaison between the internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure alignment of requirements with project goals and client expectations, facilitating open communication and resolving potential conflicts.
Risk Management:
Ensure solutions align with compliance, legal, and operational constraints.
Identify and assess potential risks associated with project delivery, including technical, security, and timeline risks.
Collaborate with the internal stakeholders and development team to define and implement effective mitigation strategies to ensure project success and safeguard deliverables.
